Meet Dana & Alicia
Dana and Alicia have been best friends since college. We discovered our passion for travel together, and although life has taken us to different cities, we have continued to travel across the world together. Dana has a knack for putting together unique trip itineraries and Alicia is great at finding on-the-ground adventures, making us the perfect travel duo! We have experienced some of the best road trips in the US from a road trip to Idaho, Montana and Wyoming to a cross-country road trip to Niagara Falls, Badlands National Park, and Mount Rushmore, and have backpacked in Europe together twice.
Our goal is to visit all 50 US states by the time we are 50; 60 countries by the time we are 60; and all 7 continents by the time we are 70. Thanks for joining us on our adventures!
Dana Wax
Dana has been an elementary school teacher for 15 years. She currently works as a Behavior Specialist supporting students with Autism and other behavior disorders. In addition to traveling and planning adventurous travel itineraries, she loves dogs, reading, and relaxing by the pool. Dana resides in Orlando, Florida with her dog, Sophie.
Alicia Curran
Alicia is a communications and public affairs consultant for non-profits and small businesses. When not traveling or working, you can usually find Alicia running, hiking, or trying to keep her vegetable garden alive. Alicia lives just outside Boston with her husband, Ryan; son, Aiden; and dog, Tucker.
